A – Arid dispenser (mobile)
Consisting of 4 hoppers (model T-80) capacity of 10 m3, 3,70 m wide.
Each hopper includes a feeder belt with variable speed, driven by electric motor 3CV (2,2 kW) with command and control from central desk located in the cabin.
Each feeder is fitted with a sensor security, if lacking some kind of arid, stop the plant for an interval of time adjustable.
A collection belt of 650 mm wide, driven by 7.5 CV electric motor (5.5 KW) collects material from each feeder.
B - Elevation systems and weight of arid (mobile)
Weight belt, which picks the material from the collection belt and downloads on the launcher belt.
It is 650 mm wide, with protection for the wind. Driven by electric motor 3CV (5.5 kW).
C – Dryer drum mixer (mobile) with belt launcher and burner
Belt launcher: 500mm wide, electric engine 4 CV (3 kW).
Dryer drum mixer: 1,830 m until 2,133m wide and 10m long. Electric engine 75 CV (55kW).
Burner: 17.500.000Kcal/h.
D – Agglomerate Silo (mobile)
Model SA-20, capacity 38ton. Skip elevator with an electric motor 30CV (22kW)
